Help & support

Get the right help without sharing sensitive information

We will never ask for your password, MFA code, payment-card number, invitation token or a complete care record by email.

Contact-portal help

For questions about an appointment, plan, form, message or your care record, contact your practice directly. The practice controls that information.

For a NutriHub sign-in or technical problem, send the practice name, the time it happened, your browser/device and a redacted screenshot.

Professional support

Practice owners and staff can email a description, practice name, time, affected workflow and redacted screenshot.

Security & privacy

Protection built into everyday practice work

NutriHub uses layered controls to limit who can reach practice information and to give owners clear control over staff access and practice data.

Practice separation
Practice data is separated at the database level. Staff access also follows their active practice membership, role permissions and assigned-contact access.
Account protection
Staff can protect accounts with two-factor authentication. Practice owners can require it for their team and review security activity and staff access.
Owner data controls
Owners can request a structured export of practice information. Account-closure requests are recorded and reversible; making a request does not automatically delete care records.
Contact privacy
Portal access is tied to the invited contact account and its practice. Contacts should ask their practice about access, correction or deletion of their care record.
Need security, privacy or contractual documentation for your review? Email support@nutrihub.health. Do not include passwords, MFA codes or full care records.
Suspected security or privacy issue

Tell us immediately if you suspect access to the wrong practice/contact, account takeover, an incorrectly shared document or another data exposure. Do not reproduce the issue with real records or delete evidence.

Include only the minimum needed to identify the incident. Use contact IDs rather than full medical notes where possible.

If you cannot sign in, first use the password-reset option on the relevant professional or contact sign-in page. Ask your practice owner to review your team access if your staff account is pending or removed.
