Terms of service

NutriHub provides software for practices to manage contacts, appointments, records, communications, plans, forms and portals. NutriHub is a technology provider. It does not provide medical, nutritional or other professional care and does not replace professional judgement.

• You must provide accurate organisation and account information.
• The person creating a practice confirms that they are authorised to act for it.
• Practice owners control membership, roles, permissions and optional MFA requirements.
• Accounts must not be shared. Passwords, verification codes and recovery factors must be kept secure.
• Suspected unauthorised access must be reported promptly.

The practice is responsible for:

• The accuracy, legality and professional appropriateness of information entered or sent.
• Obtaining required notices, consent and lawful authority for contact records.
• Configuring roles, retention, integrations, communications and portal features appropriately.
• Responding to contacts, emergencies, rights requests and professional complaints.
• Maintaining any licences, insurance and professional approvals required for its services.

A practice may invite contacts to a branded portal and send service communications. The practice must verify recipient details, avoid unlawful marketing and provide another way to receive essential information where reasonably required.

AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed by an authorised professional before it is relied on or sent. Practices must not use AI features to make autonomous medical decisions or bypass professional, legal or safeguarding duties.

You must not use NutriHub to:

• Access another organisation’s information or exceed an assigned permission.
• Upload malicious code, unlawful material or content that infringes another person’s rights.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or circumvent security or usage limits.
• Send spam, deceptive communications or information to a recipient without lawful authority.
• Use the service where its failure could directly create an emergency or life-safety risk.

Features, usage allowances, users, centres, AI credits, billing frequency and taxes are set out in the selected plan or commercial order. Founding or early-access pricing may be changed for future periods with reasonable notice. Paid billing is not active until a practice completes a supported checkout or signs an order.

NutriHub aims to provide a reliable service but does not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider failures, internet outages and security events may affect availability. Practices should retain appropriate business-continuity arrangements and must not rely on NutriHub for emergency communication.

Access may be restricted where necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law or address overdue payment. On termination, the practice should export required information before the agreed closure date. Deletion remains subject to legal retention, security backup and dispute requirements.

Mandatory legal rights are not excluded. Detailed warranties, liability limits, indemnities, governing law and dispute terms will be stated in the commercial agreement accepted before paid third-party service begins.
